Shipping Policy
Canada: we charge a flat-rate of $15. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $85CAD.
International: Price will be indicated at checkout. Note: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Terra Jewellery is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Estimated delivery: To make sure your jewelry is perfect, please allow 2-7 days for us to make it. Once your package is handed over to the postal office, we do not have control over shipping details. Estimated delivery time indicated at checkout are based on the information found in the postal office's website and may be subject to change.
Tracking your order: We now offer tracked worldwide shipping. Once your order is dispatched, you will be notified via e-mail, you should receive a tracking number that you can use to track your order online.
Lost items/delivered but not received by customer: Once your order/s is/are shipped, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels. If your item states it has been delivered and we have sent it to the address that was attached to your order then it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim with the postal company.
Wrong delivery address: Once an item has shipped we can not change the delivery address. In the event of an error on the buyer's end when entering the address at checkout, we cannot refund or cancel the order. If the package is returned to sender, we can send it back on to the correct address, providing you pay the postage fee.
Damaged package: In the event that your item arrived damaged, please contact us and send a photo of proof as soon as the package is received and we will resolve this ASAP.
